Lesson I will never learn
Eat before boozing.. not that last night was a huge night out. But I drank and didn’t eat and today I feel the effects.
After work yesterday we got in our round of disk golf (dolf). Then hit the bar, Merlin’s somehow ended up being the watering hole of choice. We had a friend from the city Megadeath show up, it was also a going away for one of the kids in Team Finance. We had to make a quick escape over to the GLC to have a drink with Tray Taylor who is leaving whistler after 10 years for a fun filled job in the city.
Feeling more poor then ever so I’m going to start pushing some of my service like video production, photo editing and restoration, (slide scanning if needed) web design, web consultation, graphic design, and selling some of my already made videos - anything else that might help me pay off some bills. If you have work that needs to get done give me a call. 604 966-4409 I can accept credit card payment via pay pal
For anyone keeping track, no we still have no place to live. So if you know of a nice 3 bedroom in Creekside you can use the same number listed above.

Some Stuff and Roommates
Had some tickets to hit up a VIP event last night but got some phone calls from friends that I have not talked to in a long time, so I skipped it. But looking to the week ahead it looks like it was the best decision. There are lots of parties planned for the coming week, from Affinity to Joey Chan’s it should be action packed..

My first call last night was from Logan, sounds like he is ready to make another trip out to Whistler. The last time he was out to prove that 2 kids and commitments had not changed how much this kid can party. Most visitors can’t make it one or two nights in a row hangin with Whistler’s professional drinkers, but Logan put in a solid 3 days and nights of nonstop partying. Ill have to say it was my first time drinking Sake for breakfast.
The other call last night was from Kurt, old Whistler friend, co-worker, roommate moved to the city. He is looking at applying for a job back in Whistler! The crazy thing is.. he wanted to know if our room was still available for rent. Man would that ever save us from having to move..
We do love our house. The bad part of living there has to be finding new roommates and training them. Our last roommates not only skipped out with out a months notice but broke our,
Garbage Disposal,
Hot Tub,
Oven door right off,
Shower door more then a few times,
The kitchen counter top,
And lots of other small crap like dishes.
They also figured that because it was a hard time for us to find new people to move into the house they would start smoking pot in their room, thinking there was nothing we could do about it. (they were only in the house for just over 2 months)
This couple believed that the monster mess generated in the kitchen daily was from 3 guys that never ate dinner at home and it could have never been their self medicating other half that did nothing but sit at home baked and watch TV all day. Anyone out there that thinks 18 year olds eat a lot.. You should see them when baked 24-7.
I think I’m going to write a book about roommates.. I have had more then 30 that I can list off the top of my head. Most of them have been great and are still really good friends, but there is that small percent that makes me wonder how they can function undetected among humans.
Good times.. literally

Turning into a Disk Golf Blog..
Not sure what the hell is happening, yesterday we went out and played 27 holes and decided we needed to get 18 more in.. I have to say the crappy weather is making it an easy choice for an out door activity.

On the home front we Mark, Raj, and I are still looking for a place to live.. hoping to stay in the Creekside, and still pay less the $600 each per month.. If anyone out there has a place that is available please let me know mbrew@telus.net we are out in 15 days..

Nothing going on..
We had another weekend full of Disk Golf, if we keep this up we will be great by the end of summer.. or my arm will be jelly.

Yesterday, we all finished with +5.. it was not so much a good game as a close game.. Terry ended up the only looser for the day, so watch for extra bitter rants from him this week. The end of the game was a little rushed as a small thunderstorm passed by on our last 3 holes. Needless to say we got soaked…
But that’s about it. Nothing else is going on for me right now.. ill get back on my game soon.
